Performing financial statement audits
Financial reporting (PGC, NIT, US GAAP)
Drafting reports required by current legislation Reviewing financial statements and international accounting standards
Preparing for IPOs
Preparing different reports for the group
Understanding, analyzing, and reviewing business processes, financial statements, and related controls.
Advisory services on financial transformation (fast-close, robustness, and reliability).
Participation in IPO processes and debt issuance.
Support in the implementation of financial modules.
Development and application of different regulations (PGC and IFRS, fundamentally).
