Transformation Consultant - Project Development

We are looking to bring on a Consultant in Operational Excellence Project Development in Madrid.

If you have 1-2 years of experience in this role and hold a university degree, with strategic vision, structuring skills, synthesis, communication, and relationship-building abilities, you are the person we are looking for!

• Understanding the Firm's strategy and participating in identifying operational change needs, thereby enriching our portfolio of initiatives and prioritizing based on impact for professionals.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including representatives from all involved departments and professionals from all Business units, ensuring a collaborative environment.
• Participating in defining the aspirational model we need to evolve toward, identifying:
• The necessary process improvements.
• The ideal organization and governance model.
• The systems needed to carry them out, including viable digitalization improvements.
• Collaborating on the designs and execution of implementation pilots and supporting their development by adjusting the defined model based on results.
• Building an initial draft of the rollout plan within the Firm and transferring knowledge to the implementation team.

• Preferred education: Engineering, Business Administration and Management, Economics.
• Curious individuals who are continuously exploring innovations in any area of specialization and think about continuous improvement (greater agility, greater simplicity, or quality).
• Interest in adding value in their day-to-day work and achieving excellence in their work, striving to go one step further in everything they think and execute.
• Practical vision of reality and a continuous search for feedback and contrast of their work with their clients and colleagues.
• Team spirit and the ability to foster constructive debates during projects, equally valuing all contributions.
• Advanced level of PowerPoint and Excel.

• Entender la estrategia de la Firma y participar en la identificación de las necesidades de cambios operativos, enriqueciendo así nuestro portfolio de iniciativas y priorizando en base al impacto para los profesionales.
• Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares, que incluyan a representantes de todos los departamentos involucrados y profesionales de todos los Negocios, asegurando un ambiente de colaboración.
• Participar en la definición del modelo aspiracional al que debemos evolucionar, identificando:
• Las mejoras en los procesos necesarias.
• La organización y modelo de gobierno idónea.
• Los sistemas necesarios para llevarlos a cabo, incluyendo mejoras en digitalización viables.
• Colaborar en los diseños y ejecución de pilotos de las implantaciones y acompañar en su desarrollo ajustando el modelo definido en base a los resultados.
• Construir una primera aproximación del plan de roll out en la Firma y traspasar el conocimiento al equipo de implantación.

• Formación preferente: Ingenierías, Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Economía.
• Personas inquietas, que estén continuamente indagando novedades en cualquier ámbito de especialización, y piensen en la mejora continua (mayor agilidad, mayor simplicidad o calidad).
• Interés por aportar valor en su día a día y excelencia en su trabajo, buscando llegar un paso más allá en todo que piensan y ejecutan.
• Visión práctica de la realidad y búsqueda continua de feedback y contraste de su trabajo con sus clientes y compañeros.
• Espíritu de equipo y con capacidad de fomentar debates constructivos durante los proyectos, valorando de igual forma todas las aportaciones.
• Nivel avanzado de Power point y Excel.
