From our Finance Transformation team, we are looking to bring on junior profiles in Madrid who want to develop themselves by participating in high-impact projects for large national and international organizations.

What is the challenge?

We help our clients redefine their financial strategy and vision, designing and implementing changes in their processes, organizations, and financial systems through the use of technology. You will work alongside multidisciplinary teams, combining business, technology, and analysis to transform the financial area of companies.

Within Finance Transformation, we have different specialized teams:

• 🔎Financial Crime: technological advisory, especially in Anti-Money Laundering and terrorist financing. They develop applications and data analysis models oriented towards the detection and prevention of fraud, money laundering, and other financial crimes. The team participates in end-to-end technological implementations, from design to the production launch of solutions.

• ⚠️ Control Tech: analyzes the risks that impact the strategic control of clients to avoid and reduce them with technological solutions. Monitoring of processes through process mining to improve operational control, and in Data & Analytics to guarantee the quality and reliability of data in decision-making. We support financial digitalization and incorporate AI governance.

•🌱 ESG Tech: accompanies clients, from a strategic consulting approach, in the digitalization of their ESG challenges through the design and implementation of solutions based on market-leading technologies. It integrates innovation, data, and technological capabilities to transform the ESG ecosystem of organizations, strengthen their positioning, and prepare them to face future challenges.

• 💹 Treasury: advises, designs, and implements technological solutions acting as a technical and functional integrator of market-leading tools such as Calypso and Murex, mainly in the Corporate & Investment Banking field. It covers everything from the definition and construction of future system maps to the complete implementation of solutions, also supporting clients in the Auto Finance and Wealth & Asset Management sectors.

• 📊 Business Finance: financial analysis from the start of the project, from a technical perspective, with a focus on aligning finance with business strategy. It interacts directly with company management, participates in strategic decision-making, and prepares key reports and KPIs, supported by technologies such as SAP, Oracle, and Cloud. Optimization and automation of financial processes, financial planning, reporting improvement, and financial consolidation to facilitate agile and data-driven decision-making.
