, reporting to the Head of the Human Capital Core department (ACT). You will collaborate with global and local teams, participate in the definition of strategic projects, and in the management of innovative solutions with a direct impact on employee experience and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the internal control and governance model, contributing to the achievement of objectives, project traceability, and proper budget management, under the supervision of the department head.
  • Collaborate in the organization and optimization of team resources, participating in the definition of roles, task assignment based on competencies, and periodic review processes, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Participate in the coordination and supervision of technology projects in the Human Resources field, especially in the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases, ensuring compliance with quality, costs, and deadlines.
  • Manage the daily operation of key platforms such as SuccessFactors, SAP Business Data Cloud, and SAP Business Technology Platform, ensuring their proper availability, updates, monitoring, and adaptation to business requirements, with a high level of technical knowledge of SuccessFactors.
  • Collaborate in the preparation and control of the area's budget, monitoring spending and anticipating potential deviations.
  • Participate in managing relationships with technology vendors, as well as in bidding and invoicing processes, ensuring efficiency and contractual compliance.

What are the technical requirements?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.
  • Solid professional experience (more than 8 years) in managing technology platforms and projects in the Human Resources field, with experience in other corporate areas being valued.
  • Expert and specialized mastery of SAP SuccessFactors, with demonstrable certification in key modules such as Employee Central, Compensation, Recruiting, Succession and Development, Time Management, Onboarding, Learning, and Talent Integration Hub. Experience is required in the configuration, parameterization, and advanced administration of one or more of these modules.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of integration architectures, especially SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), as well as practical experience in designing and managing integrations between Human Resources platforms and other corporate systems.
  • Experience using collaborative and version control tools, such as GitHub, for managing technology projects and collaborating with distributed teams.
  • Technical capability in data analysis and reporting, using Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other Business Intelligence tools applied to Human Resources management.
  • Knowledge of SAP Learning Hub and a habit of continuous self-development through digital platforms.
  • Experience with payroll solutions such as Meta4, SAP HCM, or Employee Central Payroll (ECP) will be valued.
  • Additional training in Digital Transformation, Data and Analytics, Artificial Intelligence applied to Human Resources, and other technologies relevant to the sector.
