• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the e-learning sector, in roles related to instructional design, project management, or pedagogical consulting.
• Functional knowledge of LMS platforms (ideally Moodle and its derivatives).
• Proven experience in drafting or analyzing tender specifications (public or private).
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams or internal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proactivity, autonomy, and client orientation.

• Desirable: experience as a Learning Success Manager or in training departments of medium or large companies.

• University degree or higher, preferably in areas related to education, educational technology, or project management.

Position: Senior Consultant for Digital Learning Solutions (with experience in e-learning and client management) - Talent Pool

We are looking for a person with solid experience in the e-learning sector, capable of acting as a liaison between clients, technical and pedagogical teams, and our value proposition in digital training. This role is not strictly commercial, but it does require a strong client focus, strategic vision, and the ability to define technical and pedagogical solutions that address real needs.

You will be responsible for coordinating proposals, leading client meetings, analyzing and drafting tenders, and overseeing the execution of training solutions, acting as a trusted point of contact in the client relationship.

• Participating in client meetings to identify training and technological needs.
• Translating those requirements into concrete solutions, products, and services (LMS, content, consulting or support services).
• Drafting and reviewing technical and administrative specifications for public or private tenders.
• Coordinating the different project teams, without direct management authority but with cross-functional leadership.
• Acting as a technical and pedagogical reference in the design of solutions.
• Overseeing delivery quality, ensuring client expectations are met.
• Understanding and advising on the client's training organizational structure (Learning Office, Learning Success, corporate academies...).
• Identifying opportunities for account improvement or expansion without holding a direct sales role.
