We are currently looking for a person to take on a key role in the Firm's Total Rewards area, turning data into decisions and helping make our compensation processes more robust, efficient, equitable, and aligned with the business strategy.

What is the challenge?

Salary Planning & Modeling

  • Define compensation analysis methodologies and workforce segmentation criteria
  • Coordinate salary review and variable pay processes for the entire firm
  • Lead market compensation analysis, providing salary positioning recommendations.
  • Support leaders and decision-makers (guidelines, data).
  • Ensure compliance with compensation policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to compensation planning and budgeting, projecting impacts on cost, equity, and competitiveness.
  • Drive analyses and initiatives that strengthen the value proposition in compensation and benefits.

Analytics & Data Insights

  • Analyze and leverage compensation data (salary, variable pay, benefits, organizational structure) to identify trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track key KPIs for the Compensation and Organization area.
  • Generate insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across different tools and platforms.

Data-Driven Strategy & Transformation

  • Contribute to the pay transparency roadmap through analysis, reporting, and action proposals.
  • Support data-driven transformation initiatives, promoting an analytical culture within the area.
  • Contribute to the development of predictive analyses to anticipate needs and risks (salary costs, equity, turnover, etc.).

How do we envision you?

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Certification and/or postgraduate studies in Organizational Design and Compensation are a plus
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in compensation, analytics, or salary planning.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Excel is required, with the ability to handle large volumes of information and proficiency in formulas
  • Job evaluation methodologies, compensation analytics, and benchmarking.
  • Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other analytical tools is a plus.
