We are looking for a Senior professional to join our Privacy, Governance & Compliance team; as a team, our main objective is to establish leadership and evolution of the security function, facilitating the fulfillment of objectives established both internally by the entities and externally by regulators or competent authorities.
What you'll do
- You will help companies generate a reliable and secure digital environment by being the trusted advisor to those responsible for Technology (CIO/CTO), Information Security (CISO), and Risk (CRO).
- You will help define the strategy and operating models to respond to technological and cybersecurity risks.
- You will contribute to the digital transformation of companies by assessing and mitigating the cybersecurity risks derived from this transformation.
- You will determine the level of maturity and trust regarding the company's IT environments, identifying IT risks (Security, Privacy, Continuity, Data, Technological changes, Providers).
- You will define and manage the implementation of action plans for the management of identified IT risks.
- You will analyze the use of emerging technologies (Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud) from the perspective of the associated IT risks.
- You will perform compliance assessments, provide technical advice, and supervise the correct implementation of regulations such as DORA, NIS2, GDPR, SWIFT CSP, LPIC, PCI-DSS, ENS, EBA and EIOPA guides, and other cybersecurity regulations.
- You will align company practices with standards such as ISO 27001/2, ISO 22301, COBIT, NIST 2.0, and other reference frameworks.
- You will perform reviews and modifications of policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with best practices.
- You will perform reviews and audits of security solutions and IT environments.
- You will define and implement cybersecurity KPIs and KRIs and other IT risks.
- You will generate and produce dashboards of IT risks and risk indicators for company leaders to support decision-making.
- You will execute the external CISO function, leading the protection of entities against cyberattacks.
