Technology Outsourcing & Ecosystems: with major technology companies
Platform Strategy: Advisory on establishing service models that accelerate Cloud adoption
Digital Technology Innovation: Definition of innovation and transformation programs for the adoption of disruptive technologies
IT M&A: Leading technology Due Diligence processes in transactions, Post Merger Integration, Carve-Out/Carve-In
Data Strategy: creating business value through data, operating model, governance, architecture, Analytics & AI
