What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years managing enterprise Google Workspace environments.
Technical knowledge
Expert mastery of the Google Admin Console.
Experience with migration and backup tools (GWMME, CloudM, Cubebackup, or similar).
Third-party identity synchronization (GCDS, SSO).
Experience in configuring DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
Analytical capacity.
Excellent communication skills.
Problem-solving (troubleshooting) oriented approach.
Nice to have
Certifications (desirable)
Associate Google Workspace Administrator or similar.
Professional ChromeOS Administrator.
Professional Chrome Enterprise.
Knowledge in automation (Google Apps Script) will be valued.
Languages

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY BE LIKE?
What you'll do
We are looking for a Google Workspace Consultant to join our SaaS team. If you are a person passionate about operational efficiency and technological innovation, this is your opportunity.
To achieve this, your day-to-day will involve several tasks:
Strategic consulting: Evaluate business needs to design customized collaboration architectures within the Google Cloud ecosystem.
Management and administration: Manage the Google Workspace console from end to end (user lifecycle, security policies, and compliance).
Technical migrations: Lead critical data migration processes from legacy platforms (Office 365, Exchange, IMAP) to Google Workspace.
Security and compliance: Implement advanced security controls, including DLP (Data Loss Prevention), mobile device management (MDM), and Vault audits.
Adoption and change: Act as a technological evangelist, facilitating training and workshops to ensure the team makes the most of tools such as Gemini for Workspace, Gemini Enterprise, Apps Script, and AppSheet.
Level 2 support: Console configurations, synchronization issues, and migration errors.
