What we're looking for
- Education: Industrial, Computer, or Telecommunications Engineering, Business Administration, or related degrees.
- Experience: between 1 and 3 years in IT Strategy consulting, CIO Advisory, Digital Transformation, IT Governance, or technology operating models.
- Knowledge of IT areas, technology governance, operating models, service management, technology architectures, cloud computing, data & analytics, and artificial intelligence.
- Experience participating in technology strategy projects, systems master plans, IT transformation, cost optimization, governance models, or organizational improvement.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of project management, transformation, and service management methodologies. Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, COBIT, TOGAF, or cloud certifications will be valued.

The role
We are looking for an IT Strategy Consultant to join our CIO Advisory team. You will participate in projects that help organizations define their technology strategy, evolve their operating models, and maximize the value of technology as a lever for business transformation and growth.
What you'll do
- Participate in the definition of IT strategies and master plans, analyzing the current situation, identifying improvement opportunities, and designing roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate in the transformation of technology organizations through the design of IT operating models, organizational structures, governance models, service catalogs, management indicators, and strategies for the optimization and control of technology spending.
- Support digital transformation initiatives related to cloud, technology platforms, DevOps, automation, observability, data & analytics, and artificial intelligence, contributing to the definition of capabilities, use cases, and adoption models.
- Participate in technological and organizational maturity assessments, identifying gaps and defining initiatives for the improvement of IT processes, capabilities, and services.
- Collaborate in the definition of demand management models, portfolio management, enterprise architecture, IT financial management (FinOps), and the measurement of the value of technology investments.
