About the role

At Dia, we want to bring on board an Administrative Assistant for the Vitoria branch, located in Miranda de Ebro.

What you'll do

Their duties will be:

  • Processing and Shipping of Auxiliary Material, including Uniforms, to the branch store network, as well as the Regional Warehouse.

  • Receiving and Distributing the pouch/mail between the different departments of the branch.

  • Booking travel through the App contracted with the Travel Agency.

What we're looking for

- Basic vocational training: High School Diploma / Vocational Training.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office package at a user level, with experience using spreadsheets.

How you'll work

The selected candidate will join the Administration team and will work part-time, specifically 25 hours per week, distributed from Monday to Friday with the following schedule:

Monday to Friday, 4 hours each day in the morning ( flexible start and end times between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM) plus two afternoons from 3:00 PM to 5:15 PM ( to be chosen from Monday to Thursday).
