The role

What you'll do

-Adapt and implement the Sales Plan and the Communication Plan, adapted to the area.

-Animate the store and product image.

-Monitoring and improvement of management KPIs.

-Continuously optimize the store image and customer experience, guaranteeing exemplarity and the transmission of excellence in the stores.

-Define, validate, and animate the implementation of the area budget.

-Supervise and ensure the adequacy of resources and the needs of the stores in the area, analyzing human and economic indicators in detail with the objective of optimizing their results.

-Build the development strategy for their area by proposing improvement options.

-Know and optimize their area of influence, proposing appropriate marketing actions and involving themselves in the local environment.

-Ensure the correct selection, onboarding, and training of new collaborators, mastering the use of available resources, so that integration into the position is a success.

-Ensure the dissemination and implementation of the ILUNION vision, culture, and values.

-Accompany their direct team (managers) in their development, leadership, and professional project.
