The role

At Dia, we want to bring on board a/an Dispatch Area Manager at the Extremadura Delegation, located in Mérida.

Their duties will be:

What you'll do

Manage and control the expedition and transportation process, defining priorities.
Optimize truck loading.
Ensure, supervise, and control the correct loading of orders.
Ensure the traceability of the load and cold chain through documentation, seals, and GPS tools.
Manage transportation incidents and store claims.
Control and optimize the management of reverse logistics.
Supervise, coordinate, and develop the expedition area team.
Manage and control KPIs.
Ensure efficient operation and optimization of the warehouse in terms of quality, stock, location, cleanliness, preservation of goods, maintenance of facilities and equipment, as well as safety and occupational health and safety.
