The role

At Dia we want to hire a Regional Recruitment and Training Technician in the Málaga area. The selected candidate will join the HR team with the goal of meeting the recruitment and training needs of the Branches' staff.

Their duties will be:

● Select the best professionals for the company through selection processes
that comply with current regulations and internal procedures.
● Coordinate with the HR Admin area and the training team all the necessary documentation for hiring and onboarding training, as well as all necessary management tasks that may arise.
● Support DIA employer branding actions defined by the HR management (Job fairs, talent acquisition programs, interns...).
● Support the organization of training for personnel in the Delegations within the
Annual Training Plan.
● Collaborate on new HR projects by providing experience and competence.
● Control the execution of training in any modality.
● Deliver training actions.
● Manage the learning tool at a user level: create groups, register actions.

In addition to the above, they will perform other extraordinary and occasional tasks when required by company needs and whenever they are related to their area
of competence.
