- Support managers in performance management and the development of their teams.
- Analyze climate survey results and lead the definition and monitoring of action plans.
- Lead organizational transformation projects, structural redesigns, and cultural changes.
- Manage the impact on people and ensure a successful implementation of change initiatives.
- Coordinate the annual salary review process for the areas under your responsibility.
