Production Technician

The Production Technician is responsible for carrying out all tasks related to the production process in a safe manner, in line with the defined standard, and keeping the work environment clean and organized at all times to achieve the objectives set by the organization. As a key part of the team, this role performs technical tasks with precision, follows established work standards, and contributes to the start-up and scaling of manufacturing processes. This position is essential to meeting production deadlines and ensuring the high quality of our reactor systems.

• Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operate machinery, perform basic troubleshooting, and maintain equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and procedures.
• Quality Control: Perform quality checks and document production data.
• Material Handling and Workplace Organization: Move materials safely, maintain a clean workspace, and adhere to safety protocols.
• Documentation and Data Entry: Accurately record production data, use computer systems for tracking, and maintain records according to company standards.
• Teamwork and Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with team members, follow instructions, and participate in initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.

• Fluent Spanish is mandatory; English proficiency will be valued.

The initial schedule for this position will be Monday to Friday, with regular 8-hour shifts (40 hours per week). Once the plant starts up, the role will move to shift work. The shift rotation will be 2 days of mornings, 2 days of afternoons, 2 days of nights, and 4 days off.

Availability to travel to the USA for training is required.

• Prior experience in a highly demanding manufacturing environment is required. A Vocational Training qualification (Intermediate Level) in Chemistry and/or Manufacturing is desirable.
• Demonstrate the ability to operate equipment, solve problems, and interpret technical documents.
• Show strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality standards, and the ability to perform inspections. Likewise, adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Possess computer skills, including data entry and software navigation, along with effective communication and teamwork skills.

El/la Técnico/a de Producción es responsable de ejecutar todas las labores relacionadas con el proceso de producción de una forma segura, acorde al estándar definido y manteniendo en todo momento el entorno de trabajo limpio y ordenado para alcanzar los objetivos definidos por la organización. Como parte clave del equipo, este rol ejecuta tareas técnicas con precisión, sigue estándares de trabajo establecidos y contribuye a la puesta en marcha y escalado de los procesos de fabricación. Esta posición es fundamental para cumplir con los plazos de producción y garantizar la alta calidad de nuestros sistemas de reactores.

• Operación y Mantenimiento de Equipos: Operar maquinaria, realizar la resolución básica de problemas y mantener los equipos de acuerdo con las pautas de seguridad y procedimientos.
• Control de Calidad: Realizar controles de calidad y documentar los datos de producción.
• Manipulación de Materiales y Organización del Lugar de Trabajo: Mover materiales de forma segura, mantener un espacio de trabajo limpio y adherirse a los protocolos de seguridad.
• Documentación y Entrada de Datos: Registrar con precisión los datos de producción, utilizar sistemas informáticos para el seguimiento y mantener los registros según los estándares de la compañía.
• Trabajo en Equipo y Mejora Continua: Colaborar con los miembros del equipo, seguir instrucciones y participar en iniciativas para mejorar la eficiencia y la calidad.

• Nivel fluido de español obligatorio; se valorarán conocimientos de inglés.

El horario inicial para esta posición será de lunes a viernes, con jornadas regulares de 8 horas (40 horas semanales). Con el arranque de planta el puesto evolucionará a trabajo a turnos. La cadencia de turnos será 2 días de mañana, 2 días de tarde, 2 días de noche y 4 días de descanso.

Es importante contar con disponibilidad para viajar a EE. UU. para formación.

• Poseer experiencia previa en un entorno de fabricación con alta exigencia. Deseable haber cursado estudios de Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio en Química y/o Fabricación.
• Demostrar la capacidad de operar equipos, solucionar problemas e interpretar documentos técnicos.
• Mostrar gran atención al detalle, un compromiso con los estándares de calidad y la capacidad de realizar inspecciones. Asimismo, adherirse a los protocolos de seguridad y mantener un entorno de trabajo limpio y seguro.
• Poseer conocimientos de informática, incluida la entrada de datos y la navegación por software, junto con habilidades efectivas de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
