We are looking to hire 10 people to join our production teams in the key areas of Quilting and Finishing, guaranteeing the highest standards of quality and efficiency in the production process.

Job Mission: Execute the operational tasks of manufacturing, assembly, adjustment, and quality control on the mattress quilting and closing lines, ensuring compliance with scheduling, final product quality, and safety and hygiene regulations.

What you'll do

Manufacture the programmed quilted covers according to established quality standards.
Control and adjust machine parameters during the manufacturing process.
Declare and identify daily production in the corresponding control documentation.
Support the maintenance team in the execution of preventive and corrective interventions on the line.
Follow the technical information shown on screen for the assembly sequence.
Supply the necessary materials (closing tape, thread, labels).
Perform self-control of the incoming product (if you detect a defect, identify it, divert it to the packaging machine, and notify the coordinator).
Adjust the height of the closer according to the mattress dimensions.
Close the entire perimeter according to the operating mode, paying special attention to the finishing of the closure.
Place the corresponding labels according to the mattress model.
