Within Diggia's M&A/Strategy Department, we drive the group's corporate strategy, identifying and executing growth opportunities that strengthen our market position.

What do we expect from you?

  • Leading investor fundraising processes and capital increases, coordinating the entry of new partners and negotiating economic terms.
  • Preparing investor materials (equity story, investor decks) and managing competitive processes with private equity funds, infrastructure funds, and strategic co-investors.
  • Coordinating financial Due Diligence processes, working with external advisors and identifying risks and opportunities to optimize transactions.
  • Developing, reviewing, and overseeing advanced financial models (Project Finance and Corporate Finance), including scenario analysis and capital structures.
  • Preparing Business Plans, market analyses, and feasibility studies for energy and infrastructure projects.
  • Monitoring project financial performance, covenant tracking, and reporting to management, lenders, and investors.
