Requirements

What we're looking for

We seek at least 5 years of experience in the drafting of Medium Voltage projects, Electrical Installation Design, Substations, and Transformation Centers.

Required qualification:
Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technical Engineering, or a Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.

Required technologies / specific knowledge:

Electrical calculation of lines and transformer centers.
Design and interpretation of electrical drawings
Proficiency in calculation and design software (DMelect, Autocad, Presto, Project, Excel, etc.)

Skills (soft skills):
We highly value being a proactive and professional person, with high organizational and time management capacity.

We also place special emphasis on your ability to propose ideas, creativity, teamwork, results orientation, and leadership.

Nice to have

Knowledge of telecommunications networks and CCTV will be valued.

The role

The EV Grids Engineering Department at SferaOne is responsible for the design, development, and optimization of electric charging infrastructure. Its goal is to ensure smart, efficient, and sustainable grids that drive electric mobility.

What you'll do

You will draft basic and detailed engineering projects that bring electric mobility solutions to life.
You will perform justification calculations for electrical installations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
You will design and prepare drawings and construction details with technical precision and a practical approach.
You will optimize installations through feasibility studies that drive energy efficiency.
You will participate in the study and development of innovative projects linked to new technologies.
You will collaborate closely with other departments and stakeholders involved in project development.
You will carry out field visits and construction monitoring to ensure proper technical execution.
