About the role

Within the M&A/Strategy Department at Diggia Group, we drive the group's corporate strategy, identifying and executing growth opportunities that strengthen our market positioning.

  • Identifying financing opportunities for various projects within the group
  • Advanced financial analysis, company valuation, due diligence, transaction structuring, and support in negotiations.
  • Financial modeling.
  • Development of Business Plans.
  • Monitoring of financed projects, as well as designing and maintaining models used for financings.

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Law.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Solid financial education and background.

  • Advanced financial modeling skills.

  • Project finance experience, preferably in the renewable energy sector (valuable).

  • Power BI (valuable).

  • English level (C1).
