The role

We need to hire a CRO Developer who will perform the following functions:

What you'll do

Main duties

  • Implement A/B and multivariate tests in VWO using custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) based on hypotheses prioritized by CRO.
  • Perform QA for each test: different browsers/devices, without console errors or side effects on the page.
  • Detect and diagnose technical frictions in the conversion funnel: code errors, poorly implemented tracking issues, high loading times.
  • Analyze test results (VWO and GA4).
  • Support variant design (Figma) and analytics (GA4).

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Advanced level HTML and CSS.
  • JavaScript with DOM manipulation, including jQuery
  • Experience implementing tests with custom code in VWO (or equivalent tools such as Optimizely or Adobe Target).
