The role

We are looking for a Production Manager specializing in residential projects within the construction sector in Madrid. The main objective will be to guarantee the correct development of works in terms of quality, deadline, and budget.

What you'll do

Plan and coordinate construction activities in residential projects.
Supervise compliance with established deadlines and budgets.
Control the quality of the work performed on-site.
Manage work teams in the assigned projects.
Guarantee compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the supply of materials and services.
Prepare periodic reports on the status of the projects.
Resolve incidents that may arise during the execution of the works.
