The role

What you'll do

Define and coordinate the management of assigned finance area projects, ensuring their successful implementation to reinforce the company strategy and achieve business objectives.
Collaborate in the evaluation of projects by analyzing their technical, economic, and operational feasibility.
Assist in defining the project scope and objectives, and the participation of all stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
Define the financial accounting processes related to new project implementations.
Develop a detailed project plan, identifying all areas of impact and establishing appropriate priorities according to business requirements.
Lead the creation and maintenance of complete project documentation: roadmap, budgets, requirements, test plan, etc.
Coordinate and perform the translation of business needs and requirements into the use cases to be implemented by the developers.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties / providers for the execution of projects at both functional and technical levels, to ensure established timelines.
Supervise project execution to ensure the correct development and implementation of projects according to defined objectives and requirements, quality, deadlines, and costs.
Manage changes in project priorities and scope, the project schedule, and project costs.
Generate reports and dashboards regarding project performance and potential risks.
Successfully manage the relationship with providers, the technical team, and internal departments.
Carry out risk management to minimize risks within the project.

How you'll work

Permanent contract.
Full-time: Monday to Thursday from 09:00h to 14:00h and from 15:00h to 18:30h, and Friday from 09:00h to 15:00h (flexible start and end times)
Hybrid model: 3 days a week in the office and 2 remote (at the Cornellà offices).
Salary: €35,000 gross/annual + 10% based on objectives.
