What are we looking for?

Experience in upscale gastronomy, luxury hotel industry or a premium hospitality environment
Fluency in both Spanish and English is an essential requirement for this position.
Professional appearance and attitude
Availability to work fixed morning or afternoon shifts within the following time range: 5:15 AM – 11:45 PM.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Job Description

Are you passionate about hospitality and enjoy delivering excellent service? We are looking for Waiters/Waitresses to join our VIP Emerald Lounge at Madrid Airport. If you would like to be part of a dynamic team and help create memorable experiences for travellers from all over the world, we would love to hear from you.

What distinguishes you?

Ensure a smooth process and an excellent guest experience at the highest level
Responsibility for the ongoing development of our quality, service and hospitality standards
Oversee food presentation, monitor food quality and condition, and replenish items as needed.
Coordinate with the rest of the team to ensure the smooth running of the lounge and deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Maintain the quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards expected of a premium service
