Medium and Low Voltage Site Manager

• Technical training: Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Degree, vocational training in the electrical field, or similar.
• Previous experience as a Site Manager, Project Manager, or equivalent positions in LV/MV electrical networks.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution installations, overhead and underground lines, transformation centers, and network switching.
• Experience in managing work teams and coordinating subcontractors.
• Capacity for economic management and control of site costs.
• Proficiency in office tools and project management software.
• Driving license B.
• Availability to travel within the area of operation.

• Experience in projects for electrical distribution companies.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution standards and applicable regulations.
• Experience in digitalization, maintenance, and renewal of networks.
• Knowledge of occupational risk prevention in electrical works.
• Experience in the execution of infrastructures associated with the energy transition and electric mobility.
• Capacity to develop business and detect opportunities within existing clients.

We are looking to hire a LV/MV Site Manager to lead the execution of electrical distribution network projects, ensuring the fulfillment of technical, economic, quality, and safety objectives.

The selected person will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, coordination, and monitoring of works, acting as the primary interlocutor with clients, subcontractors, and operational teams.

• Planning, organization, and supervision of Low and Medium Voltage works.
• Comprehensive management of the human, material, and technical resources assigned to the projects.
• Coordination of internal teams and collaborating companies.
• Control of work execution, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, quality, and costs.
• Economic monitoring of works: certifications, measurements, budgets, and deviation control.
• Management and supervision of purchases and supplies necessary for the execution of the projects.
• Coordination with clients, agencies, and distribution companies.
• Supervision of compliance with technical, quality, environmental, and occupational risk prevention regulations.
• Preparation of monitoring reports and periodic reporting on work progress.
• Identification and management of incidents, proposing technical and organizational solutions.
• Support in the preparation of offers, studies, and planning of new projects.
