What we're looking for

You are a proactive, autonomous, resilient, and assertive person
You have a very high level of English to communicate with the 30 countries where we are present.
You have communication skills and strategic vision to use all possible channels to attract the best talent, generate wide-reaching internal and external campaigns, as well as actions and measures from our Sustainability Plan.
Analytical capacity to analyze data that we consolidate from the social, diversity, sustainability, etc. areas.
You have high proficiency in Excel and the capacity for self-learning.
You manage digital and editing tools such as Photoshop, INDESIGN, ADOBE suite, etc...
You have a university degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or similar.

What you'll do

Preparation of presentations and materials for corporate campaigns and projects in various languages to be rolled out to all countries.
You will participate in international Employee Experience projects (Onboarding, Well-being, Diversity, Sustainability, etc.).
Support with the preparation of reports, corporate policies and procedures, and communication regarding their implementation in all countries.
Collaborate with the Recruitment area in attraction through different channels and various institutions.
Collaborate with the Training Area in the generation of content, microlearning, etc.
Collaborate in Talent management: Retention, development, and support throughout the Employee Journey.
