What you'll do
- Provide support and assistance to the Head Chef and/or Kitchen Manager.
- Receive orders: control of products at the time of receipt, verification of raw materials
- Prepare menus following the Technical Sheets for each dish that composes the menu.
- Know and ensure compliance with current regulations regarding food service.
- Ensure the established service for the greatest satisfaction of the users.
- Access and use of the DOMUSCHEF tool to: extract daily production reports and place orders for the raw materials necessary to prepare the menus (in the absence of the Kitchen Manager/Head Chef)
