The role
We are looking for a Manager profile to lead business management, people management, and operational management in one of our McDonald's restaurants in alignment with the company's mission, strategy, vision, and values.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage the restaurant team for the management and achievement of objectives.
- Know, enforce, and educate employees and supervisors on appropriate personnel policies, labor laws, and safety.
- Lead employee progress and training.
- Plan and conduct leadership in meetings.
- Supervise and review employee performance based on objective evaluation.
- Control of all P&L lines, e.g.: food cost, labor,
PAC, etc. - Planning and control of staff schedules.
- Ensure and supervise that the Safety Protocol is respected.
- Ensure that all daily document management, weekly inventories, and
other reports are completed correctly and delivered on time - Manage and lead Human Resources policies in the restaurant to guarantee Employer Branding
- Maintain high quality standards for raw and finished products,
speed and quality of service, cleanliness, and sanitization. - Measure external customer satisfaction and execute a plan to improve satisfaction with their experience and loyalty to McDonald's.
- Develop and execute local and national promotions that help boost sales and GCs.
- Develop and execute local marketing plans to maximize and boost sales within the community.

How you'll work
