Define the layout of assembly lines, workstation balancing, and internal logistical flows.
Conceptualize, acquire, and validate the necessary tooling, dies, and functional testing equipment.
Draft technical work instructions (SOP) and define standard manufacturing times.
4. Process and Supplier Quality
Lead the performance of process FMEA to mitigate manufacturing risks.
Participate in the technical qualification of suppliers for molds, dies, and critical components.
