Coordinate and organize the flow and materials in the production lines, Coordinate planning with suppliers, and ensure that materials are available at each workstation at the time of assembly, in accordance with the policies and objectives set by the logistics manager and following company guidelines, always complying with the company's quality and safety standards.

  • Coordinate planning with suppliers, report on possible incidents in material deliveries, ensure safety stock levels and avoid stockouts, avoid lack of materials in the assembly line, maintain safety stock and avoid overstock.

  • Periodically, resolve incidents in the reception of materials, in documentation, packaging, and invoicing, in order to ensure the correct flow of materials in reception, allowing material availability for the workshops and/or the customer.

  • Analyze and update all possible modifications of a project, and identify errors in the bills of materials, in order to minimize them and ensure the supply of the appropriate materials to the workshops and/or customers.

  • Perform the monitoring of critical materials and materials missing per project, in order to ensure production stock needs at all times and prevent risk situations.

  • Manage the distribution of the materials in the workshops (internal and external) and/or final customer, knowing their situation and the type of supply for this purpose.
