Technical Direction Support (Fitness and Group Activities Specialist)

We will especially value previous experience in coordination tasks, activity organization, schedule and coverage management, or team leadership, as well as complementary training in fitness, AADD, and people management.

• Support the planning of the fitness and AADD service: collaborate in the organization of the gym floor, activity programming, and the adaptation of the offering to the needs of the center and the members.

• Collaborate in the coordination of the team in these areas: facilitate communication, convey agreed work guidelines, and monitor assigned tasks.

• Support the organization of schedules, coverage, and substitutions, in accordance with the planning and criteria established by the Technical Management.

• Monitor service quality in the fitness room and group activities, ensuring good member attention and the application of the center's protocols.

• Provide technical support to the team: share best practices, collaborate in welcoming new colleagues, and detect training needs.

• Detect and channel incidents and operational needs, including those related to materials and equipment, coordinating their follow-up with the Technical Management and the involved areas.

• Propose improvements and keep the Technical Management informed about the operation of both areas, participation in activities, and the needs of the team and the members.

At DUIN, we are opening a selection process to fill the position of Technical Management Support specializing in Fitness and Group Activities (AADD) at Duet Can Zam.

We are looking for a person with specialized knowledge in fitness and group activities, organizational capacity, and the desire to take on new responsibilities. An opportunity to continue growing within the company and to support the Technical Management in the daily management of these areas.

Support the Technical Management in the organization, coordination, and monitoring of the fitness and group activities areas, contributing to service quality, smooth team operation, and our members' experience.

You will work under the supervision of the Technical Management, complementing their specialization in the aquatic field with your experience in fitness and AADD. You will be a reference person for these areas and will assume the agreed management and coordination tasks, following the objectives and criteria established by the Technical Management and the Center Management.

• Be part of the DUIN team.

• Have experience and specialized knowledge in the fitness room and group activities.

• Have sports training related to the functions of the position.

• Have organizational, planning, and task monitoring capacity.

• Show communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to accompany and guide other colleagues.
