• Previous experience in reception, customer service, sales or administrative management.

• Previous experience in sports centers, gyms, municipal facilities or service environments.

• Knowledge of the daily operations of a sports center.

• Experience in commercial actions, acquisition, loyalty or customer follow-up.

At DUIN we are opening an internal promotion process to fill the position of Reception, Customer Service and Sales Coordinator at Duet Badalona.

We are looking for a person with experience in customer service, commercial orientation, organizational capacity, team leadership and flexibility, who will help us continue improving our members' experience, the quality of service at reception and the commercial performance of the center.

Coordinate the center's reception, customer service and sales area, ensuring excellent service, correct daily operational management and the fulfillment of commercial and loyalty objectives.

The selected person will be a reference for the reception team and will work in a coordinated manner with Center Management to guarantee close, efficient service aligned with DUIN standards.

It will be important to have a flexible person with the capacity to adapt to the needs of the service, especially during periods of higher activity, commercial campaigns, month-end closings, covering team absences or performing on-call shifts when necessary.

• Coordinate the reception team and organize the daily functioning of the area.

• Guarantee excellent service to members, users and interested parties.

• Supervise the welcome, orientation, information and guidance of people attending the center.

• Drive the sale of new memberships, services, promotions and commercial campaigns.

• Perform follow-up on commercial objectives, sales indicators and acquisition actions.

• Coordinate the management of inquiries, incidents, complaints and user requests.

• Ensure correct compliance with internal procedures for reception, customer service, sales and administration.

• Support the team in reception tasks, telephone assistance, payment management, sign-ups, cancellations, modifications and access control.

• Provide support during moments of higher operational load, commercial campaigns, month-end closings, on-call shifts or occasional coverage of team absences.

• Detect opportunities for improvement in the customer experience and propose actions to optimize the service.

• Ensure the correct image of the reception area and the quality of the service offered.

• Maintain fluid communication with Center Management and other areas to guarantee good operational coordination.
