At DXC Spain we are looking for an Insurance Functional Analyst to join our great team and take part in an important project in the insurance sector.

Requirements:

What you'll do

  • Support to the business in preparing functional requirements.

  • Functional analysis and design of complex systems in a Mainframe environment.

  • Preparation of functional and technical documentation (load files, designs).

  • Definition of solutions and estimation of resources for projects.

  • Integration between systems and analysis of applicable processes.

  • Creation and execution of test plans (integrated, functional, and support for business testing).

  • Participation in corrective and evolutionary maintenance projects.

  • Support and guidance to users throughout the entire project lifecycle.

  • Coordination with other teams to ensure quality and compliance with internal methodologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum experience: 5 years as a Functional Analyst in insurance sector projects, preferably in Life Insurance - Risk and Collective Savings Products.

  • Desirable technical knowledge: Jira, Confluence, and the Microsoft suite. Valuable in IBM mainframe environments, languages: COBOL.

  • Experience in:

    • Gathering requirements and functional definition of collective life insurance systems.

    • Technical and functional design.

    • Integrated and functional testing. Preparation and execution of test plans.

    • Knowledge of pricing and issuance processes for Collective Life products.

  • Ability to coordinate teams and provide support to development.

  • Skills
