We are hiring: IT Functional Analyst - Insurance Sector (Host Technologies: COBOL, CICS, DB2, PL/1)

Responsibilities (functional-technical)
Analyze and document functional and technical-functional requirements for Life core processes in host environments: policy registration, quoting/rating, underwriting, receipts/collections, modifications, surrenders, maturities, sums insured, beneficiaries, life claims management, and payments.
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications (user stories, business rules, acceptance criteria, use cases) with traceability in host systems (COBOL, CICS, DB2).
Define calculation rules and validations typical of Life insurance (sum insured, premiums, periodicity, surcharges, waiting periods, exclusions, beneficiaries, etc.) and their implementation in host systems.
Participate in the analysis of end-to-end flows with impact on backoffice and core: issuance/administration, movements, technical accounting, reconciliations, reporting.
Work on integration scenarios between Host and open environments:
analysis of interfaces and services/APIs,
definition of contracts (inputs/outputs), mappings, and transformations,
coordination of dependencies between host systems and modern platforms.
Collaborate with technical teams (development/QA/architecture) in:
impact analysis on host systems,
incident resolution (including production on mainframe),
management of changes and evolutions in CICS/DB2 environments.
Prepare and execute functional tests, integration tests, and UAT support, including the design of test cases, data, and validation of results in host systems.
Ensure traceability: requirement → design → development → testing → deployment (and documentation version control).
