We are looking for a creative, proactive and people-oriented Admission
& MarketingTrainee to join our International Masters Admissions team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated university student or recent graduate who is interested in Admissions, Marketing, Communication, Sales and Customer Engagement, and who would like to gain hands-on experience in an international business school environment.
The trainee will work closely with the Admissions team, supporting both prospective student engagement and communication activities, as well as the day-to-day management and follow-up of prospective students.

Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and other digital channels, including short-form videos featuring current students and alumni.
Support the creation, editing and curation of content for the Admissions blog and other communication channels.
Develop ideas for student and alumni interviews, testimonials and other content that showcases the student experience.
Create and design visual content using Canva
Update written content across partner platforms and portals.
Support the Admissions Manager in the follow-up and nurturing of prospective students throughout the admissions journey. Re-engage with leads and A/B testing of message through email, WhatsApp and other channels.
Draft and create emailings and newsletter for prospective students.
Assist with the organisation and follow-up of events.
Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve lead engagement, conversion and the overall admissions experience.
Contribute to ongoing Admissions projects and day-to-day team activities.
Support data collection and analysis, creation of visual reporting
Conduct market benchmarking and share relevant insights with the team.
Support the integration and adoption of AI tools and solutions to improve internal processes and team efficiency.
