To fulfill our vision, we are looking to bring someone on board for the role of Corporate Manager in our team.
As Corporate Manager, your main mission will be to establish relationships with current and potential corporate clients, both national and international, in order to detect needs, design tailor-made solutions, and coordinate programs, in accordance with the policies set by the department management to meet the objectives agreed upon with the client/company and achieve their loyalty.
Loyalty of current clients and search for new clients:
Collaborate in the commercial strategy and implement the necessary action plans to meet the set objectives.
Organize and promote events to make the EADA brand known or to boost it within the business environment.
Carry out the follow-up of assigned companies through visits and/or contacts to detect training needs and promote the services offered.
Invite companies to institutional events or activities.
Incorporate new companies into the sales network and follow up on commercial actions.
Enter commercial actions and their results into the internal system.
Collaborate in the detection and definition of new activities and in marketing and commercialization actions.
Prepare reports and analyses of the developed activity according to management criteria.
Preparation of market analysis:
Perform sectoral studies of companies for their characterization and detection of training needs.
Analyze the needs and requirements of companies, the purchasing behavior of current and potential clients, and the products with the highest market acceptance.
Negotiate economic and organizational aspects with clients (HR, business areas, or General Management).
Seek synergies with other departments.
Create and maintain a VIP client portfolio.
Planning and coordination of training activity:
Negotiate economic and organizational aspects with the client.

Design and draft training projects coordinated with departments and faculty according to logistical availability.
Seek suitable faculty according to the needs of the client and the project.

Coordinate training activity in academic and logistical aspects.
Control and resolve incidents during the program.
