Requirements
What we're looking for
Dedication: 20h/week. Morning schedule.
Student in Digital Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or Business Administration, with a focus and interest in technical roles.
Good level of writing and copywriting
High capacity for organization and methodical approach.
Person with the capacity for teamwork
Languages: Catalan, Spanish, English.
Nice to have
Basic knowledge in Hubspot or similar tools is valued.
Knowledge of graphic design, as well as Canva or similar tools, is valued.

The role
To fulfill our vision, we are looking to bring someone on board for the role of Hubspot & Email Intern in our team.
What you'll do
Creation of content and basic layouts for email marketing campaigns.
Updating of content (texts, images, videos, etc.) for the email templates of commercial relational plans.
Creation of enriched segments to impact campaigns.
Adaptation of graphic materials in Canva for email marketing campaigns (headers, banners, images, etc.).
Updating of email marketing modules
Updating of graphic materials in Hubspot used across different channels, for example: brochures, reports, magazines, images, videos, etc.
Cleaning and organization of Hubspot CRM data for its correct functioning.
Data uploading in Hubspot for use in marketing and commercial campaigns.
Review of incident dashboards in lead generation and corrections together with the area manager.
Support in the monthly analysis of the area and the department through the creation of basic reports and updating of reports.
Benchmarking of email marketing campaigns.
