The role

We are looking for a creative, proactive and people-oriented Admission Officer Trainee to join our Bachelor Admissions team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated student or recent graduate who is interested in Admissions, Marketing, Communication and Customer Engagement, and who would like to gain hands-on experience in an international business school environment.

The trainee will work closely with the Admissions team, supporting both prospective student engagement and communication activities, as well as the day-to-day management and follow-up of prospective students.

What you'll do

  • Draft, review and adapt emailings and promotional communications for prospective students and families.

  • Create and coordinate content for Newsletters.

  • Support the creation and publication of Social Media content.

  • Create, edit and manage visual content using Canva.

  • Support the Admissions Manager with the follow-up and management of leads and prospective students.

  • Assist with the organisation and follow-up of events and engagement activities.

  • Assist the Admissions Advisor with the onboarding procedures for new students.

  • Provide general support to the Bachelor Admissions team in daily activities and projects.

  • Contribute with ideas and initiatives to improve the candidate experience and engagement journey.
