On-Camera Fitness Coach - Hevy’s YouTube Channel

This is your opportunity to become one of the leading faces in fitness content.

Hevy is launching its YouTube channel, and we're looking for an exceptional coach to help build it from day one.

Together, we'll create workouts, explain training concepts, and produce entertaining educational content that reaches millions of lifters around the world. Working alongside our content team, you'll help shape ideas, write scripts, and film videos in our state-of-the-art Barcelona studio as we build one of the world's best strength training channels. All backed by one of the fastest-growing fitness apps in the world.

• Be the primary on-camera presenter for Hevy's YouTube channel

• Present, demonstrate, and explain training concepts, exercises, and programs clearly and confidently on camera

• Collaborate with our content team on scripts, video concepts, and shoot planning

• Film regularly (multiple videos per week/month) in a studio or gym setting

• Stay engaged with the channel's audience - comments, community posts, and feedback

• Help shape the tone, style, and direction of Hevy's video content as the channel grows

This is a full-time role based in Barcelona. We're open to relocating the right candidate.

• Create a 2 minute video on one of these topics imagining it's for a youtube audience.

  • What's the most underrated exercise, and why?

  • Convince us to start doing one exercise we've probably been ignoring.

  • Debunk one common fitness myth in under 2 minutes.

• Certified coach or trainer with hands-on coaching experience (weightlifting, strength training, calisthenics, or general fitness)

• Excellent, fluent English - comfortable speaking clearly and naturally on camera

• A naturally charismatic presenter who takes coaching seriously but not themselves. You're comfortable having fun on camera, embracing humor, and putting the audience's experience first

• Prior on-camera, content creation, or social media experience is a big plus (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)

• Reliable and professional - able to commit to a regular filming schedule

• A genuine passion for fitness and helping others improve their training
