HSE and CAE Administrator

At least 2 years in OHS documentary management, CAE, or industrial or construction site administration roles.

Knowledge of Coordination of Business Activities (CAE).

Vocational Training (FP2) / Higher Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL)

Valuable, knowledge of English.

Project: Biomass power production plant, in Torrelavega (Cantabria)

• Manage and keep all project HSE documentation up to date on CAE platforms (Nalanda and other client platforms), ensuring its correct upload, monitoring, and validity.

• Control the HSE department's documentary records, guaranteeing their traceability, filing, custody, and availability for audits and inspections.

• Perform documentary monitoring of workers, subcontracting companies, machinery, equipment, and necessary authorizations for site access and work.

• Support the HSE Manager in the preparation of reports, indicators (KPIs), statistics, monitoring of corrective actions, and the preparation of safety and environmental documentation.

• Coordinate the collection and review of preventive documentation required by clients, contractors, and competent authorities.

• Perform periodic field verifications to check the adequacy between the submitted documentation and the real working conditions.

• Support safety inspections, preventive observations, incident monitoring, and the closure of derived actions.

• Keep records associated with training, delivery of PPE, work permits, inspections, and safety meetings up to date.

• Collaborate in the preparation and handling of internal, external, and client audits.

•Act as an administrative liaison between the HSE department, subcontractors, HR, purchasing, and site management for the documentary and administrative management of health and safety.

Torrelavega, Cantabria - 40h/week, Monday to Saturday included, on a split shift.
