The role
You will participate in one of the most relevant projects for the reinforcement and stability of the Spanish electrical grid, developed for Red Eléctrica de España (REE), with an expected duration of 4 years and a high technical and strategic component within the energy transition. Afterwards, you will be able to continue within the portfolio of large national and international projects of the EAG group (nuclear plants, thermal plants, renewable energy plants, unique buildings, etc.).
What you'll do
The position is in the Operations Department, within the Planning team, reporting to the Operations Director and the Planning Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring the planning, monitoring, and control of key milestones of the assigned project, providing critical information for decision-making by management and the client. Your tasks will include, among others:
Preparation, integration, and updating of Level 3 schedules.
Preparation of monthly reports, resource/man-hour histograms, and S-curves of total project progress and progress by discipline using the earned value method.
Providing support to JPs and DPs with established and agreed-upon project reports containing relevant information on planning, costs, and progress.
Updating project performance indicators.
Planning and monitoring of multidisciplinary engineering work programs in industrial installation projects.
Critical path analysis and schedule quality.
How you'll work
At least 4 years of professional experience in the planning and monitoring of multidisciplinary engineering work programs in industrial installation projects, preferably combined cycle plant and/or power generation projects.
