Minimum 1 year in industrial works, construction, or preventive supervision activities.

Higher Degree in OHS.

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Preventive Resource (RP) on Night Shift (Torrelavega)

Project:
Newly constructed Biomass Plant, in Torrelavega (Cantabria)

• Presence on-site during the night shift for the supervision and control of works from a preventive standpoint.

• Verify compliance with the safety measures established in the Health and Safety Plan, work procedures, and risk assessments.

• Supervise high-risk activities, including work at height, lifting operations, confined spaces, hot work, hazardous energies, and other critical activities.

• Check the correct application of required work permits and authorizations.

• Perform periodic safety inspections, identifying deviations and proposing immediate corrective measures.

• Communicate incidents, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions to the HSE manager and the site managers.

• Monitor corrective actions derived from inspections, observations, and incidents.

• Participate in coordination meetings and toolbox talks when required.

• Maintain records of the supervision activities carried out during the shift.

•Collaborate in the investigation of incidents, accidents, and near misses when appropriate.

Workplace

Torrelavega (Cantabria)

Site-based position, with an estimated duration of 12 months, with the possibility of extension later depending on the construction project portfolio and geographic mobility.

Night shift, from 6 PM to 5 AM. The night shift is expected to last 5-6 months, after which it will move to the day shift.
