What we're looking for
At least 8 years of experience in Claims Management, Contract Management, or Dispute Resolution in complex industrial projects.
Demonstrable experience in EPC contracts, engineering, and industrial construction.

The role
The selected person will join the Contract Management Department to lead the contractual claims management strategy in national and international projects, participating in the identification, preparation, negotiation, and resolution of claims derived from engineering, supply, and EPC contracts.
This is a transversal position of high strategic value, with continuous interaction with project teams, Contract Managers, and the Legal Department, contributing to the protection of the company's contractual and economic interests.
What you'll do
Lead the Claims Management strategy across the company's various projects.
Early identify events susceptible to generating claims, contractual rights, or controversies.
Analyze main contracts, subcontracts, and supply agreements to detect risks and opportunities for cost and schedule recovery.
Coordinate the preparation and maintenance of complete claim dossiers (Claim Dossiers).
Prepare and substantiate claims derived from scope changes, delays, accelerations, suspensions, and other contractual events.
Participate in the preparation and defense of extensions of time (EOT).
Define arguments and negotiation strategies with clients, partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Manage the resolution of controversies until their agreement or definitive closure.
Coordinate actions with the Legal Department in arbitration, litigation, or dispute resolution processes.
Prepare periodic reports on claims, risks, and contractual opportunities.
Drive Claims Management procedures, methodologies, and tools within the organization.
Promote a culture of "Claim Awareness" among the project teams.
How you'll work
Initially, they will participate in two EPC projects for biomass plants, subsequently expanding their scope of action to other engineering and/or EPC projects within EAG's national and international portfolio.
At our headquarters, in central Madrid (Quevedo metro).
Availability is required to undertake occasional trips (for a few days, sporadically) to sites and/or project visits at both national and international levels.
