What you'll do
Prepare and sell the assortment in the Fish Department, autonomously applying evisceration, filleting, and cleaning techniques for pieces and advising the customer on product, origin, and preparation, to achieve the sales and quality objectives of the counter within the Company's standards.
- Serve and advise customers on species, seasonality, origin, and preparation methods, proposing alternatives and complementary sales, to increase the average ticket and consolidate customer loyalty within the department.
- Control the cold chain, the labeling of capture zone and fishing gear, and minimum sizes, applying FIFO rotation and processing products nearing expiration, to maintain counter shrinkage within the target set for the department.
- Set up and maintain the counter display and the price and promotion signage according to the defined implementation, to reinforce the commercial attractiveness of the department and provide correct information to the customer.
How you'll work
Contract: replacement contract, full-time, on a weekly rotating shift.
