Our goal is to develop you as a professional.

We have designed a training program in which you will learn about each of our products: Home, Auto, Health, Life, Death, and Accidents, among others.

You will have the support you need from your supervisor and the training department, who will guide you and help you become a successful salesperson.

We are looking for people with sales experience and a willingness to learn, motivated to work toward goals, with sales aptitude and a passion for the field.

Continuous rotating work schedule from Monday to Saturday (10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.) + Public holidays during commercial opening hours, with financial compensation of €45 per holiday worked.

Salary paid in 12 monthly installments (+2 extra payments).

Location: El Corte Inglés shopping centers

Fixed salary + Monthly and weekly commissions for product sales.

Main duties and requirements.

• Attract new clients and build lasting relationships

• Prepare and issue new insurance policies

• Organize and manage your sales schedule

• Retain clients through personalized service, both in person and over the phone.
