What you'll do
You will assist El Corte Inglés customers to ensure their purchases: televisions, computers, and a wide variety of household appliances.
- Telephone customer service
- Loan contracting
- Administrative Management (QMS records, in SALESFORCE, of loans, etc.)
- Insurance contracting management
How you'll work
- Working days from Monday to Friday (morning or afternoon shifts)
- Location: Central offices located in the city center area
