About the role

Are you looking to develop your talent and a place where your effort is recognized? We offer you a dynamic, close-knit environment with a future. Here, every day is a new opportunity to learn, grow, and shine. Imagine being part of a diverse team, where evolution and customer service are our priority. At El Corte Inglés, our work is a shared passion.

The project waiting for you.

At KUMO Networks - Grupo El Corte Inglés, we continue to drive our growth in Cloud, Data Center, and managed services. To support this evolution, we are looking to hire a Channel Account Manager to lead the development of our partner ecosystem and help make the channel one of our main growth drivers.

We are looking for a sales profile with experience in the technology sector, knowledge of the channel ecosystem, and the ability to build long-term relationships with integrators, MSPs, consultancies, operators, distributors, and resellers.

We want to be transparent about what success looks like in this role.

Your performance will be primarily tied to revenue and margin generated through the channel, quota attainment, pipeline generation and conversion, growth of existing partners, onboarding and activation of new partners, and development of recurring revenue associated with Cloud and managed services.

We are not just looking to grow our partner ecosystem. We want to develop active, committed partners capable of generating business together with KUMO.

What you'll do

You will join the Commercial team at KUMO Networks, a company specialized in Cloud, infrastructure, Data Center, and managed services, and part of Grupo El Corte Inglés.

Your mission will be to develop business generated through the channel, managing and growing our current portfolio of partners while identifying new alliances with potential to generate recurring business opportunities.

You will take on commercial responsibility for assigned partners, jointly developing strategies and business plans aimed at increasing pipeline, revenue, margin, and recurring business.

We want to bring someone on board who understands that developing the channel goes far beyond simply onboarding partners: it means ensuring they know our capabilities, trust KUMO, identify opportunities, and generate business sustainably.

  • Manage and develop KUMO's partner portfolio, identifying their potential and new growth opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships with key commercial, technical, and executive contacts at our partners.
  • Design and execute joint business plans, setting objectives, commercial actions, and follow-up mechanisms.
  • Identify, recruit, and develop new strategic partners aligned with KUMO's value proposition.
  • Design onboarding and activation plans that turn new partners into active and productive ones.
  • Generate and develop a commercial pipeline through the channel, supporting opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle until closing.
  • Drive the commercialization of solutions across public, private, and hybrid Cloud, IaaS, Data Center, backup, business continuity, and managed services.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews with key partners, analyzing results, pipeline, opportunities, and growth plans.
  • Manage the pipeline and produce a rigorous sales forecast, maintaining a clear view of the evolution of each opportunity.
  • Develop Partner Enablement initiatives, coordinating workshops, commercial and technical sessions, and actions that help the channel identify and position new opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with Pre-sales, Technology, Operations, Marketing, and Management to move opportunities forward and provide partners with the resources they need.
  • Actively contribute to the evolution of KUMO's channel strategy and ecosystem.

What we're looking for

Main duties and requirements.

  • At least 10 years of experience in commercial roles related to the IT channel and technology business development.

  • Experience developing commercial relationships and joint business plans with partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline, develop opportunities, and close deals.
  • Experience managing commercial objectives, pipeline, forecast, and CRM.
  • Functional knowledge of Cloud, IT infrastructure, and managed services.
  • Ability to engage with commercial, technical, and executive stakeholders.
  • High level of English.

Above all, we are looking for someone with a strong commercial and results-driven mindset, negotiation and influencing skills, autonomy, initiative, and the ability to build long-term trusting relationships.
