Requirements

What we're looking for

Between 3 and 5 years of experience in positions related to Demand Planning, Supply Chain, replenishment, operations, or planning.
Experience working with forecasting, stock, replenishment/restocking, and demand planning.
Experience or knowledge of retail and/or ecommerce environments, with an omnichannel vision being especially valued.
Profile with strong analytical capacity, business orientation, and ease in working with large volumes of information.
Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with different areas.
Advanced Excel, essential.
English B2.

Nice to have

Experience with Power BI, SQL, and automation/AI tools applied to data analysis is desirable.

The role

Ensure an efficient omnichannel process, coordinating demand planning, replenishment, and restocking processes, to ensure the right product is available at the right time and through the right channel.

You will work by anticipating demand, monitoring the defined plan, and activating the necessary actions in the event of possible deviations, always with a focus on customer experience, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.

What you'll do

Main duties and requirements.

Analyze the forecast and demand evolution, identifying deviations and anticipating possible needs.
Activate replenishment and restocking actions based on the forecast and actual sales behavior.
Analyze turnover, coverage, availability, and stockouts, proposing optimization actions.
Provide an omnichannel vision to assortment distribution, seeking balance between the different channels.
Identify key products in campaigns, launches, and high-demand periods, ensuring correct availability.
Analyze the opportunity costs derived from stockouts and their impact on the business and the customer.
Detect deviations that may affect the service level and activate action plans.
Participate in the resolution of operational incidents that affect product availability or the customer experience.
Work transversally with Purchasing, Ecommerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other business areas.
Participate in continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization initiatives.
