Process customer payments at designated points and handle merchandising and restocking on the sales floor, to ensure efficient checkout and product availability throughout all business hours.
Maintain cleanliness and order at the checkout station and assigned sales floor area, to preserve the store's image and operational safety.
Process customer purchases at the terminal following established procedures, to ensure accurate billing and efficient checkout line flow.
Address customer inquiries at the checkout point and on the sales floor, and escalate those beyond your scope, to resolve issues in the shortest possible time.
Check product pricing and labeling on the sales floor and report discrepancies, to prevent billing issues and customer complaints.
Restock and arrange merchandise on the sales floor according to defined criteria, to ensure product availability and proper presentation of the assortment.
Perform cash register reconciliation and closing procedures according to established protocol, reporting any discrepancies, to ensure cash control at the checkout point.
