Perform support tasks for the Fish Department, preparing and replenishing products at the counter and in the sales area under the supervision of the Professional or the Coordinator, to ensure availability, freshness, and the correct presentation of the assortment throughout the sales day.

Perform, under supervision, cleaning and preparation tasks for fresh fish and seafood pieces following defined techniques and formats, so that the product reaches the counter in the established quality and presentation conditions.

Perform the reception of fresh fish and seafood by verifying quantities, temperatures, and dates, and locate the product in the cold room according to the preservation conditions of each reference, to preserve the cold chain and contain shrinkage.

Apply personal hygiene protocols, cleaning of utensils, machinery, and surfaces, and complete the corresponding records, to guarantee compliance with health regulations and the HACCP self-control system

Replenish the counter, display case, and shelving throughout the day, respecting the defined layout and FIFO rotation, to ensure assortment availability and an attractive display until closing.

Review the cold chain, the ice, and the state of freshness and remove unsuitable product, communicating any incidents to their supervisor, to avoid its sale and limit the department's shrinkage.

Handle simple customer requests at the counter and refer advisory inquiries to the Professional, to maintain the service level during peak times.
